Food history symposiums, conferences 2019

Along with the symposiums, there is an opportunity to apply for a paid summer fellowship at the cookbook collection of Michigan State University, and an exhibit at the Folger in DC.

JA 31 DEADLINE Summer Research Fellowship. Michigan State University Libraries.  Five fellowships, of up to $2500 each, will be awarded for 2019 and they are open to scholars working on any topic. The cookbook collection (over 30,000) is well known, particularly MSU's "Feeding America" with 76 American cookbooks online...the first.  Apply HERE
