Women's Suffrage - 90th anniversary

This year is the 90th anniversary of the 19th Amendment, ratified on August 18, 1920,which declared "The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex."  Illinois Constitutional Law before that had stated that "neither idiots, lunatics, paupers, felons nor women shall be entitled to vote."
